Delete your ZenPrimary account

Deleting your account removes your profile, period days, symptom logs, tracker settings, comments and invite history. This cannot be undone.

Fastest way: delete from the app

  1. Open the ZenPrimary app and go to the You tab.
  2. Scroll to Delete my account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.
Your account, tokens and every cycle record are deleted immediately on our servers. Appointment records kept by a clinic for their own bookkeeping have your name, email, phone and notes removed.

We will verify the request against the email or mobile number on the account and delete it within 7 days. We reply to confirm when it is done.

What we keep after deletion: nothing tied to you. Anonymised appointment rows stay with the clinic you booked, with no name, email, phone or notes. Server access logs are retained for security for up to 180 days and contain no cycle data. See the privacy policy.
